Initial Phone Consultation (10 minutes) \u2013 No fee<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Typically, services are provided either weekly or fortnightly, based on the clinically recommended frequency of service and taking into account client preferences as well as therapist availability<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Standard consultation time \u2013 60 minutes*<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* 60 minute consultation time included 45 minutes direct service delivery and 15 minutes documentation and follow up<\/p>\n\n\n\n

National Disability Insurance Scheme<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mindful Speech Pathology provides services to \u2018self managed\u2019 or \u2018plan managed\u2019 National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) clients.\u00a0 NDIS participants will be charged in accordance with the current NDIS price guide.\u00a0 Travel charges are applicable and in line with the current NDIS price guide. If multiple clients are seen consecutively at the same location, travel charges will be evenly distributed amongst participants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Medicare<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are now able to provide Medicare subsidised services to eligible clients. Speak to your GP about your eligibility for a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan, formerly known as the Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) program, and Team Care Arrangements (TCA). With a valid referral, this program allows you to claim up to 5 allied health sessions per calendar year<\/span> shared across all allied health providers (Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy etc). The Medicare rebate is approximately $56 per session (current rate may vary). The rebate does not cover the full cost of the service and therefore there will be an out-of-pocket cost (gap fee)<\/span>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please contact us for a copy of the fee schedule for non-government funded services.  No referral needed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note we are unable to accept Private Health Insurance funded clients at this time, however hope to have this funding option available in due course.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
